Unboxing: TokyoTreat Premium Box May 2016

TokyoTreat have taken full advantage of Japan’s matcha season to bring us a brilliant selection of matcha goodies. As a matcha lover I LOVED this box, I hope TokyoTreat will continue to include some matcha snacks in the future ^_^

Our box actually arrived on the 4th of May but with a family Holiday and general life I haven’t had the time to write this post up, or even to try all of the delicious looking snacks. It doesn’t help that I’ve had the matcha snacks mostly to myself since my partner doesn’t like matcha, it’s hard work eating so many yummy things! ^.~

Unboxing: Oyatsu Box Premium April 2016

I know I know, April is long gone. In fairness this box was super late, I didn’t receive mine until the 7th of May and that just so happened to be theΒ day before I went on holiday (bad timing, eh?), so it has sat untouched until this week. I still wanted to share the contents, since it was a pretty awesome box despite the problem with UK delivery.

I’m just going to give a quick rundown on each snack this time because I haven’t had time to try any of it yet (well, except the Kit Kats!). Plus, I’m a bit behind on posts now…oops!

On the plus side, I’ve already received my May box (it arrived on the 23rd) so hopefully the postal problems have been resolved πŸ™‚

Unboxing: Candy Japan March 2016

 photo Candy Japan March_zpsg9zr0fg9.jpg

Today I’m going to take a look at yetΒ another awesome Japanese candy subscription box; Candy Japan!

Candy JapanΒ does things a little differently; rather than one big monthly box, you get two smaller boxes a month for $25 (including worldwide shipping). Overall they say you’ll get aroundΒ 3-6 items per month, depending on the size of the items, and they try to include things that would be hard/expensive to obtain outside of Japan.Β You can find full information on their serviceΒ here.

Candy Japan kindlyΒ Β provided this box free of charge in exchange for an honest review. This in no way influenced my opinions on the box contents, the service or anything else.Β
